Veterans Freedom Ride

When you can walk to a major event, such as the Veteran’s Freedom Ride in Cripple Creek, showing up to get pictures is a no-brainer! Veterans ride to raise funds for POW’s still held in captivity.

Ride for Freedom

The day begins with a parade, including the Cripple Creek High School cheerleaders!

Of course local veterans are featured prominently!

Then the bikes begin to roll into town. hundreds of motorcycles, with that glorious patented Harley-Davidson roar! American flag toting patriots, professing their devotion to lost and fallen brothers and sisters.

The ride rolls through downtown Cripple Creek, past the casino district, towards the gigantic rippling red white and blue, proudly marking the terminus of the ride.
