Today is the last day my readers can celebrate Wild Horse Protection Month with a free eBook copy of Thundering Hooves. The month is almost over, and the book will go back to it’s regular price starting tomorrow.

The new administration is drilling down harder than ever before with the idea of eradicating wild horses from the western landscape. They are trying to get them reclassified basically as pests that are trespassing on the rancher’s land. If their efforts succeed, our beautiful horses will be eligible to be shot on sight by hunters and ranchers, and American’s will never again have the opportunity to view such beauty and majesty running free ever again.
So I urge you to get your copy of Thundering Hooves to learn their history, and how to fight against the ranchers and politicians who seek to destroy them. Enjoy my book for free for one more day, complete with pictures of my own adventure to wild horse country!
Spring is slowly approaching, so keep an eye on my blog as more and more birds complete their winter migration and land in the Colorado landscape! This beautiful mountain bluebird was at 11 Mile the other day!

Also, our eagles are in the midst of their breeding season, with mama eagle sitting on eggs! In a few weeks we should have a new batch of eaglets to watch at the nest! Stay tuned to be apprised of the action!
