I’m pleased to present my official temporary cover for my upcoming book, Thundering Hooves, this time with real horses instead of the cartoon ones generated by Photoshop.

Unfortunately our latest photo trip was pretty much a shutout. None of the animals we hoped to photograph came out to play. However, and perhaps out of sheer boredom, there were some horses grazing in the high desert that seemed worthy of pictures.
So after finding a suitable backdrop for the cover, I shot a few images and came up with this new cover for my upcoming book, which is now in the editing stage and will soon be ready for a test print. Of course for a test print, I’ll need a cover, including text on the spine to test with, so this will probably be it. Of course now all I need is the final image from an upcoming trip to the Sand Wash Basin wild mustang area to paste into the base layer to create the final cover. So stay tuned, I’ll be posting live updates to my social media platforms of the long awaited trip to see real wild horses!
