Storm Warning At Barnes and Noble
Great news! My newest book Storm Warning has been accepted at Barnes & Noble! Of course the book is already for sale on my author pages at Amazon and Lulu Press, but Barnes and Noble is one of my favorite places to hang out and getting a book on their site feels kind of special 🙂 Included in the book are almost 100 beautiful color and monochrome images depicting the Colorado Rocky Mountain Winter. Along with the pictures is of course a ton of supporting documentation about how and where the shot was captured.
Twenty Years in the Making
Over twenty years of shooting winter images in the Colorado Rocky Mountains have gone into this book. During those years I learned many techniques and great locations to get the most dramatic landscape and wildlife images. Exploring the entire Front Range plus a number of our most beautiful national and state parks in heavy snow has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. In addition to the greatest locations, I have sought to discover the most interesting wildlife while learning how to get dramatic pictures of them surviving the harsh Rocky Mountain Winter. Now I am giving some of that knowledge and sense of adventure to my readers.
